The multichannel server TRAVIC Retail provides all the important order functions for home banking in compliance with the HCI and FinTS standards. The bank’s customer can opt to do his banking business on his home computer using financial software like StarMoney or Wiso Mein Geld, or he can use an Internet browser to access his bank data from various locations. Both access modes can also be used in parallel.

TRAVIC Retail provides a high-performance, standardised input interface for banking portals, call centres and customer software products. Using our development modules for the standards HBCI and FinTS, own applications can be connected to the multichannel-interface to create neutral bank access, for example.
