TRAVIC Security comprises applications for cryptography and PIN/TAN security in retail banking, including user management and administration dialogues. With TRAVIC Security, banks can set up their own comprehensive security services.

• A cryptography application provides digital generation and control of signatures with smart cards or storage media as well as data encryption including code, card or smart card management. For signatures according to the Digital Signature Act, optionally an X509 certificate validation by OSCP is supported.
• A PIN/TAN application provides both the simple PIN/TAN procedure as well as the two-step PIN/TAN procedure with indexed TAN (iTAN). PIN and TAN management and the generation of TAN lists are other features.
• A central TAN generator application serves to verify TANs generated by a handheld device (HHD). Order-related TANs are checked across all sales channels on the basis of EMV-CAP and the ZKA specifications.

The operator can link TRAVIC Security with existing server systems such as TRAVIC Retail. For cryptography, standard hardware and software providers from SafeNet and IAIK can be hooked up.
