If you register for an intensive training course, we will confirm this in writing and subsequently send you an invoice for the booked service. Your registration will only become binding after our confirmation.

If you are unable to attend the booked training, we will refund the training fees in the following stages:

  • Up to four weeks before the start of the training: full amount
  • Up to two weeks before the start of the training: 75 % of the amount

If you cancel less than two weeks before the start of the training, we can no longer refund the amount. However, you then have the option to transfer your booking to another person.
