With TRAVIC-Link/AdHoc operators can provide files for download with only a few simple steps. That way, for example files that are too large to be sent via e-mail can easily be exchanged.
TRAVIC-Link/AdHoc is a server product that provides files in a download area for external customers.
The procedure is quite straightforward: the internal employee creates the recipient with the corresponding name and e-mail address in the browser and uploads any files for him. Subsequently, the recipient either receives an automatically generated e-mail with the download link and the access data or is informed by the internal employee via other channels. He clicks the link, identifies himself and downloads the files to his local computer.
