TRAVIC-Payment Hub Request to Pay enables financial institutions to extend their scope of services by the new Request to Pay procedure without high costs and resource expenses. The new software is compliant with the EPC rulebook and, with the option to connect the RTP service of EBA CLEARING, enables the use of RTP across countries throughout Europe. Thanks to uninterrupted operation, you can offer your customers new services around the clock, even during release changes.
All features in one product
TRAVIC-Payment Hub covers the full task range of Request to Pay core processing for a financial institution. For example, a request is not only processed as quickly as possible, but it is also monitored whether connected surrounding systems and involved clearing partners respond in time to meet the defined time limits for confirmation and approval messages. Furthermore, in addition to the main processes of the request and its response, important secondary processes such as cancellation of a request and investigation of a request are also provided with full automation.
High flexibility thanks to a modular structure
With TRAVIC-Payment Hub, PPI combines all central tasks of core payments processing in one product. Even though the payment request is completely decoupled from the actual payment, the software required for the payment initiation service places very similar demands on the integration of customer channels, account and money laundering systems or clearing as a real-time payment does. For this reason, PPI offers TRAVIC-Payment Hub Request to Pay as an independent module of TRAVIC-Payment Hub. In combination with TRAVIC-Payment Hub Instant Payments for real-time payments, a whole range of new possibilities are conceivable for payments at the point of sale or for peer-to-peer payments.
